发表综述——褶皱结构与可穿戴电子器件的制备与应用

可穿戴电子器件在健康监测、运动检测及智能衣物方面有很大的应用潜力。其舒适性及强大的柔性是对其独特的硬性要求。仅几十年来,主要对可穿戴材料改进的结构设计及材料选用上进行改进。褶皱结构作为应用最多的结构之一拥有良好的可拉伸性、重复性和良好的人机接触相容性。并且,褶皱结构本来就从很多自然结构启发获得,是一种廉价优质结构方式。

本综述简述了近年来褶皱电子器件的相关成果,并讨论了如何制备新型褶皱结构及其在目前最新的比如在连接装置,感应器、半导体、能量存储及转化装置等的应用实例。除此之外,其简单连续的制备操作及更深层次的结构设计被论及,对先进的可穿戴电子器件提供了重要思路。最后一部分,也阐述了褶皱器件的应用前沿及尚存挑战。
